Shipping & Deliver
Credit Two Craft we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because many of our products are made by hand or to order, we use a careful process.
- Turnaround time On average, orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity and type of product.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
- Tracking number: As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your shipment.
Maximum delivery time: If the delivery exceeds the 30-day period due to unforeseen circumstances in production, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Please note: We pack all our creations with extra care and protective material to prevent breakage or damage during transport.
