All orders with Two Craft are subject to our terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Article 1 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Two Craft and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Article 2 - The Offer and Product Features
Our products are made by hand or produced using specific techniques (such as 3D printing and high-quality printing). Small aesthetic deviations, color differences or specific product properties (such as visible print lines in 3D prints or unique details in epoxy and dried flowers) are part of the craft and technical process and are not considered defective. We do our utmost to keep the quality as high as possible.
Article 3 - Payment & Production
Orders must be paid in advance via the payment methods offered in the webshop. The production of handmade, personalised or on-demand items only starts after receipt of payment.

Two Craft is a trade name of Robin Vervoort, trading under the sole proprietorship Two Craft.

Article 5 - Legal Warranty
The consumer is entitled to the legal warranty of two years for any lack of conformity that exists upon delivery of the product, in accordance with Belgian law.
