We strive for the highest quality for every handmade and personalized item. If something is not to your liking, we will be happy to solve it.
Customization and unique creations:
Please note that many of our products are made or personalized specifically for you (such as prints and printed objects). According to the legislation, it is right of withdrawal not applicable on goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have a clearly personal character.
Returns at your own expense:
For products that are eligible for return, the costs for the return shipment are entirely at the expense of the customer. The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Defects or damage:
- Has a product arrived damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@twocraft.beWrap some ribbon around the seam with a loose bow
- If possible, immediately send a photo of the damage and the packaging, so that we can quickly provide a suitable solution or a replacement product.
Statutory right of withdrawal (non-customisation):
For all products that are not made to your specifications (no customization or personalization), you have the right to revoke the agreement without giving reasons for 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.
